Club Penguin Elite Penguin Force

For those of you with the Club Penguin DS game, you may have had the same problem that I am having. I can easily connect to Wi-Fi, but when I try to upload coins, no matter what, it says "Connection Failed". I sent an email to the Club Penguin Support Center, and I'll post about how to do this once they write back.
